Who we are

This website, paliocagroup.com, is operated by The Palioca Group LLC, an Oregon limited liability company (“The Palioca Group,” “we,” “us”). This policy covers this website only. Our software products at tools.paliocagroup.com and healthcenterdb.com have their own privacy policies, and client engagements are governed by the agreement for that engagement.

What we collect

• Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you choose to include in your message. There are no forms or accounts on this site.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, automatically processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure, and monitor its reliability.

This site does not use cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics or tracking scripts.

How we use it

• To reply to your message and discuss potential work together
• To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website
• To comply with legal obligations

How we share it

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers that help us run the business (such as our hosting and email providers), and only as needed for them to provide those services, or when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep email correspondence for as long as it is useful for the conversation or relationship it relates to, and as required for business and tax records. Hosting logs are kept by Cloudflare under its own retention practices.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it by emailing paliocagroup@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act, or the GDPR. We will honor any request we are legally required to honor, and we try to honor reasonable requests either way.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
