By using paliocagroup.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. The Site is operated by The Palioca Group LLC, an Oregon limited liability company (“The Palioca Group,” “we,” “us”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Content on the Site describes our services and is provided for general information. It is not legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for advice tailored to your situation.
Visiting the Site or emailing us does not create a client relationship. Consulting, build, and support services are provided only under a signed proposal, statement of work, or services agreement, and those documents (not these Terms) govern scope, fees, deliverables, confidentiality, data handling, and ownership of work product. If an engagement agreement conflicts with these Terms, the engagement agreement controls.
Results described on the Site come from specific past engagements. Every business is different, and past results do not guarantee similar outcomes. Workflows, use cases, and service descriptions are illustrative examples of the kind of work we do, not a promise that any particular result, feature, or timeline will apply to your business.
AI systems can produce outputs that are inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. The agent workflows we design are built to include human review, and responsibility for reviewing and approving agent outputs before they are relied on or sent remains with the business using them. Specific commitments about AI systems we build, including approval steps, permissions, logging, and data handling, are set out in the engagement agreement for that work. AI capabilities depend on third-party models and platforms that we do not control and that may change.
The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, and The Palioca Group name and logo, are owned by The Palioca Group LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for your own non-commercial reference, but you may not copy, republish, or create derivative works from the Site’s content without our written permission.
HubSpot is a registered trademark of HubSpot, Inc. Other product and company names mentioned on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners. Their use is for identification only and does not imply affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those companies.
The Site links to other websites, including our own products at tools.paliocagroup.com and healthcenterdb.com. Those sites and products are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
Don’t use the Site in any way that is unlawful, interferes with its operation or security, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to any system. Don’t scrape or harvest content or contact information from the Site in bulk.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Palioca Group LLC and its members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This section does not limit liability under any separate engagement agreement, which has its own terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
